Emergency landing by pilot
PETALING JAYA: A technical glitch forced a Royal Malaysian Air Force Nuri helicopter to make an emergency landing at SMK Pulau Sebang in Tampin, Negri Sembilan.
No one was injured when the helicopter, from the 10th Squadron based in Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur, landed at 8.40am yesterday.
The helicopter was headed for the Terendak camp in Malacca for a training exercise, the Defence Ministry said in a statement.
The pilot detected a technical error and decided to check on it.\
